You will start your day with the bridge jump. Be warned, this experience is not for the faint-hearted! After a short safety briefing you will be led up to the 40 metre high bridge where your qualified instructor will strap and harness you in preparation for that leap of faith! As the adrenaline courses through your body you will be asked to spread your arms and step out into thin air. You will be left completely breathless and amazed that you haven’t tried this before!

After a break for lunch you will be transported to your next adventure. Prepare for some vigorous exercise! Your expert guide will give you a short safety briefing before you hit the road, where there’s no turning back! You’ll ascend into the spectacular natural beauty of the mountains of Montserrat, tackling a variety of walls, streams and gorges. The last challenge, an almost vertical chimney, will require all your wits and energy. As you reach the top you’ll be flooded with pure satisfaction!
