Barcelona Tapas Class
You will be taught the history and origins of some of the most commonly used spices, and join an interactive class as you learn how to prepare a variety of tapas dishes such as montaditos with mushroom salad, Camembert toast with marmalade of tomato and chopped gherkins, vol au vent of chatka, smoked salmon on toasted bread with yoghurt and honey cream and sausage and apple skewers. On this occasion you will also be taught how to prepare a typical Spanish sangría.
At the end of your experience, you will enjoy the tapas you have prepared, along with a complimentary bottle of wine.
