In the picturesque town of San Sadurní de Noya you will find the cava enterprise Freixenet. This family company owns an ancient cava cellar reconstructed in 1922, which you will enter in a small underground train while your guide explains you about the process of cava production. At the end of the trip you will arrive in the degustation room where you will be offered to taste different cavas of the Freixenet series. To complete your visit, you will be given the opportunity to purchase various cava and wine articles in the ¨Dolores Ferrer¨ store. In the early afternoon you will find yourself in Sitges, one of the most beautiful towns on the Catalan littoral. Known for its beautiful beaches and its nearly 300 days of sun per year, Sitges is one of the preferred destinations for visitors of the Catalonia region. With the Garraf massif as a backdrop, it offers an exceptional gastronomy and shopping options. Your guide will give you a 45 minute walking tour and then you´ll have some free time to explore this beautiful town on your own.
