Spanish Cooking Experience

If you have a love and an appreciation of good food, then this is the experience for you! This experience invites you to join a professional team of chefs with an infectious passion for Mediterranean cuisine to share in a traditional local cooking workshop in the heart of Barcelona. Some of the finest dishes in the world can be found in the various regions of Spain which has a rich history derived from many different cultures such as the Arabs, the Jews, the Romans and the Aztecs, each culture contributed different methods of cooking and using ingredients.
You will be taught the history and origin of some of the most commonly used spices, and join an interactive class as you learn how to prepare some of the most popular dishes in Spain such as Paella, Gazpacho and Tortilla Patata.
At the end of your experience, you will enjoy the meal that you have just cooked with a complimentary bottle of wine, you will also be given a 'goodie- bag' to take home including an apron, a cooking spoon, and of course the recipe which you have just created.
