Match Race Experience

If you are into competition and would like to have a new kind of challenge on the water, we invite you to take on the Match Race. This experience is perfect for groups of up to 14 people. The Match Race is a unique two boat race designed to give you first hand experience of competition sailing. The J80 boats are sleek and designed for speed on the open seas.Each boat will fit 4 - 7 participants plus your fully qualified skipper.

The experience begins with a full safety briefing and an introduction into the mechanics and functionality of the boats. Each individual will be given tasks to help steer the boat past the winning buoy. After a practice run to ensure that everyone knows what they are doing, the race begins. Coordination, timing and full cooperation are the key to achieving success in this event. Experience the sensation of the America's Cup right here in Barcelona with your friends.
