Create your own Paella

Paella is one of the most famous dishes in Spain with a number of different recipes and ways to cook this delicious dish. In this unique experience you will learn how to create your own Paella. Before the lesson begins, you will be taken to the famous Boqueria market in order to buy the necessary herbs, spices and other ingredients. You will be given the history and the origin of some of the spices used in this dish and will learn the different ways in which paella is cooked, in different regions of Spain. Paella can be made from vegetables, meat or seafood, you will be taught how to make each one.

Your lively host will make sure that you get fully involved in creating this wonderful dish from beginning to end. When the food has been prepared, enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary bottle of wine.
