Chocolate Tasting Experience

This unique experience is designed for the chocolate lovers. Situated in one of the trendiest areas of Barcelona, you will be taken on a 45 minute tour of Barcelona’s famous chocolate museum where you will be taught about the origin of chocolate and how it found its way from The Americas to Europe in the 16th century. Learn about the medicinal and legendary aphrodisiacal properties of chocolate as you go through the tour. Also observe how it is manufactured from the cocoa bean into the form that we all know and love.

After the first part, you will be taken to the tasting area where you will get to taste different types of chocolate your expert chocolatier will explain what to look out for, what makes good quality chocolate, and the etiquettes to be observed whilst eating chocolate. No chocolate feast is complete without some good wine, so enjoy this extra decadent experience with a complimentary glass of wine.

Like wines and champagnes, there are some good quality fine products and some cheaper imitations. After this unique experience no one will ever be able to sell you imitation chocolate product!!!!
