Cheese Tasting in the Gothic Quarter

The Gothic Quarter has many hidden treasures for its visitors to discover. You will be welcomed by the owner into a small-specialised cheese shop in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. She will take you deeper into the back room where there are a couple of tables reserved for special guests only. While you get comfortable, she will prepare an assortment of some of her best Spanish cheeses from all corners of the country which will be served accompanied with bread and some house wine. Before starting your tasting, she will explain the origin of each of the cheeses she has laid out in front of you along with a short explanation of the qualities of each one. This is an experience not to be missed by any cheese lover and is sure to convert anyone who hasn’t discovered the explosive tastes found in Spanish cheeses. Before you leave, your host will prepare a little takeaway package for you so you can continue your cheese education later on.
